Apart from the Request for revocation, the T-CAT Registration Entity Form must be sent in order to update the deregistration of this operator, including the data of all the people who will act as operators of the T-CAT Registration Entity. You will find it in the same section of the EACAT "Procedures>Digital Certification Service".
