To obtain information about the system where certificates are being issued, follow these steps:
- Access the website https://scd.preproduccio.aoc.cat/test/sysinfo
- Click on the button that says " Take test ".
- Wait for the team analysis to be done and we get the result shown in the following image. You can see it puts an 'X' on “Java Enabled” because it's done from Google Chrome and that's disabled. You can also test the card printer. You can see the Operating System, readers, certificates, etc.
- It is possible to download the test result to a very useful file to send to technicians when an error is occurring when issuing certificates on this machine.
