From the main page go to "Pending delivery"
Below are the certificates that the Service Manager has pending delivery.
To search for the certificate you want to download, you can search with the tool on the right or by expanding the requests displayed per page. The order in which the certificates appear in the list can be chosen, date of issue, type of certificate, holder…
To download the certificate, the Service Manager must click the download icon on the right.
This action will take you to the next screen where the data contained in the certificate is displayed.
To download the certificate, click Download .
In doing so, the application requests the authorization of the Service Manager to issue the certificate. Click OK and this is when the certificate is generated.
Once this is done, the certificate will be downloaded and will go from "pending delivery" to "delivered".
