In cases where the person in charge of the service changes, different tasks will have to be performed:
- Modify the T-CAT Registration Entity file:
· The EACAT platform must be accessed> Procedures section> AOC Consortium provider> Digital Certification Service > T-CAT Registration Entity File , download the form, fill it in, sign it electronically and send it through the same platform.
- Operator casualties
· In the event that you are also an operator or have a digital operator certificate, the certificate must be revoked using the EACAT platform> Procedures section> AOC Consortium provider> Digital Certification Service > T-CAT: only. revocation.
- Operator registrations
· In the event that the incorporation of new operators is necessary, this new application must be made through the EACAT platform> Procedures section> AOC Consortium provider> Digital Certification Service > T-CAT: sol. and renov. certif. personal .
In cases where it is not possible to carry out the procedures through EACAT, exceptionally, they may be sent to the AOC Consortium by e-mail, digitally signed ( er@aoc.cat ), or by post.
Note: Please note that if the person has left the work center, all personal certificates must also be revoked.
