To make the request, you need to send us your request through the consumables order form , indicating the amount of material you want, bearing in mind that a package with 50 generic cards has a price of €497.92.
The request must be made by the Head of the Registration Entity T-CAT providing the following information:
Contact person:
- First and last name
- NIF
- charge
- phone
Data of the entity:
- organization
- CIF
- Postal address
- Postal code
The letters used to send the general digital certificates on a card are the following:
- Letter of delivery of digital certificates/card holder : this letter is addressed to the holder of the certificate and is always accompanied by the T-CAT card.
- Certificate delivery letter to the Service Manager : this letter is addressed to the Service Manager and is usually accompanied by the digital certificates that must be delivered to the holders.
These two letters and the envelope are no longer part of the Registry Entity's consumables order . You can print them yourself.
