From the main page go to “Pending delivery”
The certificates that the Service Manager has pending delivery will be shown below.
To find the certificate you want to download, you can search with the tool on the right or by expanding the requests shown per page. The order in which the certificates appear in the list can be chosen, date of issue, type of certificate, holder...
To download the certificate, the Service Manager must click the download icon on the right.
This action will take you to the next screen where the data contained in the certificate is displayed.
To download the certificate, click Download .
By doing this the application requests the authorization of the Service Manager to issue the certificate. Accept is clicked and at this point, the certificate is generated.
Once this is done, the certificate will be downloaded and will change from "pending delivery" to "delivered".
