Due to the adaptation of the Catalog of Certificates issued by the AOC Consortium to the new EIDAS regulations , from 09/05/2018 the profile of some of the existing certificates is modified and new ones have been added. Below we detail the changes:
The T-CAT (card staff): is the card of Catalan public administration staff and contains qualified digital certificates from the AOC Consortium, which guarantee the identity and personal attributes of its holder and which is linked to the subscriber belonging to the public sector. You will now have two certificates (one signature and one authentication).
The T-CAT P (software staff): the personal certificate of identification, and advanced signature with charge, optional, is a recognized certificate that identifies, in addition to the person who owns it, to its subscribing organization, and can include a statement relating to the position of key holder, is intended for public workers in the Catalan public sector. The T-CAT P (software staff) will not allow encryption .
T-CAT of pseudonym: added to the catalog of certificates issued by the Consortium. The pseudonym certificate is a certificate of signature by the public employee with a high-level pseudonym.
Personal data will not appear on the certificate, as it will be replaced by the given pseudonym.
This will always be requested accompanied by a pdf file proving the pseudonym of the public employee.
Representative T-CAT: added to the catalog of certificates issued by the Consortium. The representative certificate is an electronic certificate of representation before the high level AAPP.
This will always be requested accompanied by a pdf file accrediting the appointment of the representative . The document to be attached must include publication in the official bulletin or newspaper or notarized faith if applicable).
